  Installing Realtek RTL8811CU/RTL8821CU USB wifi adapter driver version 5.4.1 for Linux 4.4.x up to 5.x I got also this link for another wifi hitspot installation.  I've collected some instruction that could be usefull to many, so I share it. As I'm using Debian Bulleyes those instruction mainly work on it.
